Please note that customs procedures and any applicable import duties may cause slight delays in the delivery process.

To ensure timely delivery during peak seasons and holidays, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance. This allows us to accommodate any potential delays related to high shipping volumes or additional customs clearance requirements.

Please keep in mind that the production time is separate from the shipping time, which refers to the duration it takes for your order to reach you after it has been produced.

All items at Chapter Keepers are made-to-order, ensuring that each piece is created uniquely for you. As such, we have a final sale policy, and we do not accept returns unless the items are damaged upon arrival.

We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Please note that the color of the actual product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This can be due to variations in photographic lighting sources or differences in monitor settings.

For best results, machine wash your item in cold water on a delicate cycle. We suggest turning the item inside-out before washing to protect any printed or delicate designs. Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding or fading.

After washing, you can either tumble dry your item on a low heat setting or hang-dry it. Tumble drying on low helps to prevent excessive shrinkage, while hang-drying can help maintain the fabric's shape and integrity. Avoid high heat settings, as they may cause damage or shrinking.

Avoid using bleach or any harsh chemicals as they can deteriorate the fabric and damage any designs or prints.

Ironing directly onto the design can cause the design to fade, crack, or stick to the iron. To avoid this, we recommend ironing your item inside-out or placing a thin cloth between the iron and the design.

Our products are designed for regular home care, so dry cleaning is not necessary. Dry cleaning chemicals can be harsh and may affect the fabric and any applied designs.
